Table of Clay is committed to 100% customer satisfaction and therefore, we have a customer-friendly return policy in place, in compliance with the commercial laws of the State of Florida.
General Returns
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a product return. Please note, if the return is due to a change of mind, you have a period of 15 calendar days from the date of receiving the merchandise to notify us at Table of Clay. Kindly communicate your return request by sending an email to customerservice@tableofclay.com.
We only accept returns if the returned product is in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and within the aforementioned return period. Please be aware that the customer will be responsible for the costs associated with the return.
You may choose to exchange the returned product for another item or request a refund of the amount paid, which will be processed within a maximum of 15 business days from the receipt of the product at our warehouse.
Defective Product Returns
Table of Clay products are crafted with great artisanship and may exhibit unique characteristics such as fabric inconsistencies, dye stains, or even candle wax marks since they are woven in homes and sometimes by candlelight. We believe these unique attributes contribute to the identity of our fabrics and ethnic products.
However, if you encounter a functional defect like a non-functioning zipper or a damaged furniture leg, it should be reported within the first 24 hours of receiving the product. Please send photograph evidence of the item to customerservice@tableofclay.com.
We will only accept returns for defective products if the product is in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.
Table of Clay will bear the costs associated with this kind of return.
